E-Commerce Online Sales Manager (JB231)

Sandton

R20 000 – R30 000 per month, plus commission (Depending on experience)

 

This luxury goods retail company based in Sandton is looking to appoint an Online Sales Manager who will be responsible for the Company’s online sales.

 

Requirements for role:

Grade 12

Any tertiary qualification within Sales or same will be an advantage

Passion for online sales with a flair for increasing reach and conversion rates cost-effectively and innovatively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Microsoft Office, Photoshop/Illustrator (Adobe Suite), Google Analytics, Google Shopping, Takealot, Online Payment Interface (PayFast, PayGate etc.) Shopify, WordPress, social media support, and should possess Web development skills

Understanding of scripting languages (HTML, Java, C++)

Good CRM systems knowledge and application

Strong understanding and track record of utilising online sales platforms for optimal online sales performance

Good analytical and project management skills.

Proven track record in efficiently managing the logistics associated with online sales

Strong ability to respond effectively to customer satisfaction feedback to enhance the customer’s online experience

 

Duties includes, but are not limited to:

Promotes and is responsible for growing the company’s online sales using the Company’s social media platforms.

Coordinates with the sales and other departments to plan, implement and execute the website content that includes all the feature products, advertising, promotions, information, email responses, advertising campaign management, etc.

Uses various information management tools and develops customer interactive strategies through web-based media content, communication channels, social media sites, etc.

Coordinates and executes the online sales operation by adhering to the business strategies and standards of the organisation.

Ensures that the online customer experience meets the Company’s brand expectations
