Loyalty Reward Programme Manager (JB298)


R50 000 – R60 000 Per Month negotiable


Assist in developing and delivering a strategy and loyalty rewards programme for students to create value adds for them within an academic environment.

Experience in developing and rolling out loyalty programmes is essential

Working with business units, management and sales team


Educational requirements:

Tertiary in Marketing/Digital Marketing or similar

At least 4-5 years’ experience within a similar role


Duties and Responsibilities of Loyalty Reward Programme Manager:

The role will look at ways to personalize offers and campaigns so sales teams can easily engage and have tools to acquire new customers and retail current customers.

Ongoing development and implementation of customer loyalty programme and ensuring it delivers on the organisations strategic objectives

Design and deliver loyalty rewards marketing plan and ensuring it fits with redemptions and overall group marketing plan.

Develop promotional calendar with participating business units to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement

Conduct market research to understand behaviours and motivations of customers

Incorporate insights into future strategic planning for loyalty rewards programme

Implement loyalty reward marketing plan

Implement, design and launch of loyalty programme within budget and timeframes

Monitor and assess campaign effectiveness and identify ways to improve activities
